PlanetClean® Janitors’ Warehouse Outlets are a "business to business" full service specialty supply house servicing the janitorial cleaning, carpet cleaning and the fire and flood restoration industries. As such we provide "web access ordering" to our customers that currently have accounts with us. If you have a commercial account with us then contact your Account Executive or Customer Service to find out how we can enable your access so you can order on-line.

3) Order & Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy

All unopened products purchased at PlanetClean can be returned within 10 days of your. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for perishable items or chemical products.

Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that are not charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery.  Refunded amounts will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to PlanetClean shall be that of the customers. Any return after 10 days will be issued as a store credit

Cancellations: Online Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
